Information and Assistance
Information is provided about benefits such as Medicare, Qualified Medicare Beneficiary (QMB), Specified Low Income Beneficiary (SLMB), Qualified Individual (QI), Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), and Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS). Application assistance for these programs is provided. For information about these health related benefits contact SEAGO Area Agency on Aging at 520-432-5301.
In addition to these health related benefits, the SEAGO Area Agency on Aging has elder resource directories for the four county region, and will assist individuals by telephone to identify the most appropriate program or service to meet their need. A benefit checkup may also be completed.
